Focus on Cardstock Mixed Stickers | Layouts

Happy Monday ! Nicole here along with Becky Williams with a new weekly focus - Cardstock Mixed Stickers. 

Becky and I thought we would try to make use of as many of the stickers in different ways our pages as possible today and here is the result!

Hello Sunshine by Becky Williams

Supplies: Christmas Cheer (Index Journaling Cards, Mixed Stickers), Persnickety (Finicky Paper, Fussy Paper, Index Journaling Cards, Mixed Stickers), Autumn Spice (Cream Paper). 

For this Focus On Cardstock Mixed Stickers layout, Becky wanted to show off the stickers in a few different ways. First, she used them to create a banner at the top of her layout and lifted up the bottom of each triangle for added visual interest. She then also used them as accents to tie into her page title, with one being used as the center of the sunshine and the other at the bottom of the page to go with the diecut title. Becky cut down the "celebrate today" sticker to better fit the space on her page. 

I just love how Becky layered the stickers using some foam adhesive to add dimension to the stickers!

As you can see, both Becky and I used a lot of stickers for our pages. I took a slightly different approach and really wanted the stickers to guide my inspiration for my page. I used stickers from Persnickety, Autumn Spice and Christmas Cheer collections to create the background for my page.

When I saw you... by Nicole Nowosad

Supplies: Persnickety (Tiny Tablet, Cardstock Mixed Stickers, Acrylic Stamps, Journalling Cards, BC Mini Alphas), Christmas Cheer (Cardstock Mixed Stickers, Acrylic Stamps),Autumn Spice (Allspice paper, Cardstock Mixed Stickers, Journalling Cards).

I lined up the banner stickers from each of the Cardstock Mixed sticker sheets and then stitched them down into rows. Like Becky did, I peeled up the ends of the stickers to add some visual interest.

You can see that I added in some cardstock and vellum cut in the same shape as the Cardstock Mixed stickers and added them in with the stickers to create my background.

I also trimmed down one of the Cardstock Mixed stickers and layered it over some paper and added some stitching and stamped images from the Autumn Spice line.
