Good morning, everyone! Melissa here to bring you a new scrapping challenge today, and it's a really fun and easy one! All you have to do is use a triangle somewhere on your layout.
Anna-Maria took this challenge along with me and came up with this fabulous page- I love her yellow and aqua color palette! Anna also demonstrated using an existing Lily Bee product, in this case the pennants from the Mixed Cardstock Stickers, as triangles. By lining them up in rows she created a lovely backdrop for her photo.

Anna also cut a series of triangles out of a small piece of patterned paper and backed a few of those openings with contrasting colors. Yet another great way to incorporate this fun shape!
Earlier this year I made a page for Lily Bee (you can find the post here) that focused on a die-cut triangle sheet as a background, so for today's layout I went for a more subtle approach. Like Anna-Maria, I used the pennant stickers as triangles to form a border on the side of one of my photo strips, and I also stamped and heat embossed a few more triangles around the page.

Fabulous layouts, very inspiring.
Just a query - it states that winners will be announced Friday August 24 2012 - that only gives a few days to enter this competition. Is this correct?
